TT Repair/Upgradation Help

I just changed the motor of my Thorens TD-125 Mk II motor (the motor had broken during shipping :sad. The second motor was bought off ebay. However, when connected the motor just vibrates but no rotation. Any techie to help what could be the problem? Anyone has the rewiring diagram?

Secondly, in case anyone knows in Delhi who can take on repair of this thorens TT?

Hi,

The TD125 has a wein bridge oscillator power supply.You should check this out as the components are quite old and may need replacement.

Take the TT over to Viren's place he will be able to trouble shoot and fix it for you.It could just be a simple wiring mistake when you fitted the new motor.
