I have very limited budget and I want to buy an inexperience LED HDMI projector. UC28 HDMI mini LED projector is only $49.99 which I can accept and afford.
Its specification is as below

Image system: LCD
Native Resolution: 320*240
Supported resolution: 1024*768
Lamp: LED
Input Voltage: 12V
Language: English etc
Brightness: 48Lux
Contrast: 300:1
Lens: F=125
Image size: 20-80 Inches
Projection distance: 1.25-4.0m
Color: 16770K
Projection mode: Front projection
Power waste: 24W
Speaker: 1.0W*2
Operation mode: Manual remote control
Working Temp: -10-36Celsius degrees
Output: Head phone
Input: HDMI/AV/VGA/USB/SD
Audio files format: WMA, MP3, M4A
Video files format: MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4, RM, RM VB, H264, MOV, MJPEG, FLV, VCI, DivX

Is it worth$49.99? I'm looking for something to hold me over until I can throw $500 at a higher quality projector.

even basic phones today have more resolution than that. you will end up wasting 50$.

Yes, the native resolution is so low. However it can support 1024*768 resolution. Is it Ok?
It means it will accept but scale down to native resolution only. Never go for multifunctional device than its meant to basic work decently.
I would suggest better get a proper used PJ if you get within your budget.

You're really going to be wasting $50 if you go with that. The price is the only reason why it's getting high reviews on Amazon which for the price isn't bad, but why not spend a little more money for better quality. There are some reviews out there for it you can check out for yourself and you'll see what everyone is talking about. Check this one out.

I wouldn't by a projector just to get another one. $50 is $50 if you know what I mean. What are you using the projector for?
