Planning to buy VIZIO S5430W-C2 54-Inch 3.0 Soundbar from junglee.com

reasons
1. Even though i have Onkyo S3300, there are wires running around house.
2. My son fiddles with the receiver. Wanted a soundbar which can be placed out of reach and still be able to enjoy music/movies.
3. My LG 42 inch has ARC. I was looking for a decent soundbar with arc.
Any comments.
I have tatasky HD, PS3, Sony S1100 which can be used along with this soundbar.
