Hi.. I am planning to buy my first AVR - Denon 1312 next week (for 21K). My preference is 70% Music and 30% Video. I look for an excellent sound reproducing speakers (within 22K) and had audition of Jamo S506 and was admired. Yesterday, Profx gave me a demo of Denon 1312 with Polk Audio TSi series (probably TSi 300 / 400) speakers along with a Polk Subwoofer. Please help me out which are the speakers that go best with my taste as well as my AVR. I dont have plans for a subwoofer right now, but I love deep bass. Would Wharfedale diamond 9.5 will be a right option, as it has twin 6.5" woofers. Pls help.
Which Floorstanders for Denon 1312?

Denon 1312 with Floorstanders is not at all a good option... U hav to go for 1611/12 or 1911/12.... Bare minimum... First of all denon s 19** is an AVR,,not a integrated amp and tat too 13** series is less powered compared to 16** and 19** series.. so For Floorstanders buying 1312 is not a gud option...
But, ProFX, chennai was using only AVR-Denon 1311 with PolK Audio, but with a Active Subwoofer. BTW 1611/12 is only 15 W more to 1311 and 1911 is underpowered 90W PC only. Can you clarify? If Integrated Amplifier is the best match would you suggest some models under 20K? What about Norge Gold 1000?

Since yr preference is both movie and music... An AVR would be preferred...
1311 is 75watts at 8ohm and 1911 is 120 wpc at 8ohm.. the difference is certainly there..
A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
