Which oen should I buy Logitech X-540 or Panasonic Home Theater SC-PT22 ?

Logitech X-540 vs Panasonic Home Theater SC-PT22

I want good 5.1 PC speakers, X-540 got very good reviews as we all know

But Panasonic SC-PT22 is 5.1 Home Theater sysem with 330W RMS output, where logitech has 140W RMS

I know RMS is not only important, but its more than double at same price.

X-540 I am getting at 6k from ebay global buy ( not getting it in india, as discontinued, don't like successor model)

Panasonic one also I am getting under 6k. though DVD player will not be used as I will use my PC as source, always.

I will watch mostly HD movies, will use it with PC only.

Please advise guys.

Also if you can suggest better 5.1 Speaker system, max budget is 8k.

Experts, your advise needed, if none on them then any good PC Speakers up to 9k ?
