Hi Guys,
Need a short throw projector for my golf simulator, and have narrowed it down to these two

The Benq has a zoom feature which allows a klittle leeway in distance when you m ount it, and is also a bit cheaper, but has 1000 lumens less brightness.
How important is that brightness in a reasonably darkened room. My room will have a 55 inch LED TV off to one side a a ceiling spotlight on my ball.
