Which speakers set is better Yamaha NSP41 or Yamaha NSP51

Hi folks,
I was trying to decide on which 7.2 speakers set is better to pair with AVR producing 80watt per channel output, I was considering:-
Option 1:- Yamaha NSP41(5.1 + 2 Book shelf + yamaha NS SW050 subwoofer)
Option 2 :- Yamaha NSP41 (5.1 + yamaha ns 8390 towers + yamaha NS SW050 subwoofer)
Option 3 :- Yamaha NS 8390 towers + Yamaha NSP51 + 2 Book shelf + 2 Yamaha NS SW100 subwoofers.
Can you suggest me the better option, my budget is tight
Please suggest any other option if available for 7.2 configuration
