A google search on "Replacement spares for L112" populated a lot of links....perhaps you can try : JBL Replacement/Service Parts | Full Compass JBL Speaker Repair Parts Refoaming and Reconing If you want to use a different brand of Woofers, would recommend P AUDIO or Celestion Hope this helps...
