32 Tv for ps3 and movies

budget is tight
PQ is very important

if there is any led tv that you think can be according to my needs which is less than 35k please let me know

I don't want to buy the tv online
and at a samsung showroom it would be more that 37k so now I am thnking about the toshiba ps10 getting for 26k 32" led and plays 27 movie formats with game mode as well


Please tell me how good or bad is toshiba ps10?

I have purchased toshiba ps10ze 32 inches led tv
PQ is above average
and sound is also above average
I connected it to my dell xps 15 and the quality was above average
and yes I have a question which is:
Is picture quality anywhere dependent on the type of HDMI cable or not?
