A friend coming for Singapore - Which HT/AVR to order

My friend is coming from Singapore. I assume Amazon US can ship order above 125 for free to Singapore.

Also I assume for order less than 400 SGD there is no duty.

Rules say - A postal article will be subjected to Goods and Services Tax (GST) if its CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) value is more than $400. However for tobacco and alcoholic products, besides duty, GST will be levied regardless of its value.

Hope above is correct

Now please suggest a AVR preferably with WIFI,Bluetooth Connectivity in same range. Should weight max 4-5 KG.

GST is like VAT.You are exempted if you are there as a tourist as well.Customs charge is a different thing,better to clear it up.
