Hi,
I would like to know your opinion on Some of the Below Mentioned brands..
My basic need is a 5.1 Home Theater System, which couple's as a good music system for Parties, etc.. Choice of usage (in movies and music) is pretty wide..

Budget is around 1.5 to 2 lacs just for the Speakers..
I already have a Never Used Brand New Denon AVC-A10SE Amp. And area where I'll set it up, is a decent sized 17 x 14 feet room.

I have heard and had pretty much finalized the PSB - Image "T5 Tower & S5 Surround" Speakers to go with the Amp.

I'd liked them but someone confused me to check out other Brands like JAMO, TurboSound, Wharfedale and Snell(??) .. Now I've heard of JAMO and Wharfedale and did some research on TurboSound, but I got even more confused. And As I am a little less "Technically Knowledged" about this, I'd like it if someone who's able to put their brains around this, help me figure out the best system for my criteria.. ?

I also don't know which models to go for in JAMO and Wharfedale at a Budget of 1.5 to 2 lacs..

Thanks!

Hi!
Could you help me with this situation please. I have a Bose acoustimass 5 series ii base module , a Bose centre speaker and two Bose surround speakers. My JVC reciever just conked off. I needed a low cost solution to this. I found a Pyle pfa540bt receiver on Amazon. Looking through it's specs it says 100watts max(20x5). It does have two HDMI inputs and one HDMI out. But I am unsure of it's decoding capability when it comes to DTS and Dolby digital. Can I use external HDMI to HDMI decoders in case it doesn't decode these signals? Also would it be powerful enough to power my Bose speakers? Kindly reply.

Am not sure about your budget, I can bet on Denon 1300 or 2300 its a dead match to your speaker package. I case you want it on attractive price PM me. cause I struck a good deal with a parallel importer.

Hi pramoz,

Bose speakers will work with any amp or avr that can output minimum 20 watts rms....

if budget is a challenge, look at pre owned avrs in For Sale by owner section or hifiads or olx
