Thanks Prash. Thats helpful. Now i know where the problem is. Will pursue with Customer Care. But i am sure they will not understand what i am talking about. You are lucky to have conveyed your message and got the problem rectified in 6 visits. Here there have already been 5 visits and after each visit the engineer disappears and a new engineer comes and i have to re-explain everything. Its so irritating. Almost equivalent to customer harrassment.
yes dear it is realy very irritating...but i asked the enggr to sit for full day.......i knew it that they will not....and finally i got the replacement.
