Oh boy ! This sure is a bummer !
I know only one person who is into hi-end diy loudspeakers. From what I have observed, when you work on an original design, it takes a lot of tweaking and pain till you finally arrive at a design which technically works great. Then begins the final tuning to get the speakers sound good to your ears. This takes a while too.
Be patient, you will reach there surely. Best of luck !
Have you ever thought of using different electronics with your design? You are working with very revealing drivers. Hence my question.
