What you mean by 30Rs for 30 seconds? call rate? I am using a bsnl 3g service and the call rate is just 70ps/minute for video calling. Video calling is a must have feature in 3g phones. But with android phones, I think only those in the 20k range support video calling.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at a Chinese phone on the web made by Fly-Ying company. At the Schenzen fair it was quoted at $87. But in general the price quoted is about $140.
