Any big screen monitor that can be used as TV

Can anyone suggest any big screen monitor 27inch or more that is compatible with both 1080p as well as 1080i without any tv tuner card. I intend to use it as a replacement TV and it should have a headphone out.
Can monitors handle motion judders as TVs do?

Why not tv as a replacement for tv?.
Tv would be cheaper and better option than monitor.
Here it is without tuner and built in speakers.
