Are these Pro-ject TT prices resonable?

Have these quotes from a dealer in Malaysia for Pro-ject TT's:

ESSENTIAL RM799 (11,707.99 INR)
DEBUT III RM999 (14,634.03 INR)
RPM1.3 RM1,199 (17,561.99 INR)

Prices are with cartridge, arm and cover (not shipping)

Is it a good bargain?

@ Bottle; been speaking to Mr Sushil Anand from Nova for the past 3 months......no TT available! Prices, he is not ready to commit till shipment arrives......!! (If I get the 1.3 from Nova at this price i would pick it up immediately)
