I "downgraded" to XP Professional especially to play around with cPlay. Will be moving back to Vista Ultimate soon. Will try it out and keep you posted.

Why switch back to Vista? MS will support XP for another 5 years at least. Hopefully, Windows 7 would by then have settled down to be a reliable OS, and throw Vista out. I personally feel XP is a much better OS than Vista.

Cheers

Venkatji,

I've personally had no issues with Vista. It has worked great for me and with 4 GB RAM, graphics card, and core duo processor I've not had any issues with it being a resource hog either. Also, with WASAPI music is similar to kernel streaming in XP say with Foobar2000 and that has worked great too, in fact sounds better. I only need to check if cPlay works as well with Vista.
