Audio/Videophile Home Theater

Hey guys,
Iam looking forward to build a home theater. I have upto 15 lakhs to burn. Please suggest me a good 7.2 configuration. And a place to buy them. If possible in Chennai itself.

PS: I should buy everything with this: Speakers, Sub, Receivers, Projector, Blue-ray player...
