Probably a dumb question, will a laptop cooling pad suck the air out efficiently(?), if we place it upside down on top of the avr?

This is how it looks and fits on mine. The smaller fans are much more powerful in terms of heat dispersion than the larger.

Laptop cooling pads are designed to blow in air from the bottom of the laptop, so if you want to use it as an exhaust on top of your equipment, just place it normally, not upside down.
