I would like to buy a AV receiver.Plz help choose one from the following Denon AVR2310 or Marantz SR6004 or Yamaha RX V665. Prime time of receiver would be doing movies......
And also suggest a speaker package around Rs.1.2 lacs

You should not be comparing Denon 2310 with Yamaha V665. As far as the features and power rating go, my vote goes for Denon 2310. I suggest that you search the forum for opinions on Denon 2310 in comparison to other AVRs.
