Guys!! No harm in indicating the current market price or value of an Self assessed product which is under sale in HFV or anywhere.. Are you an qualified valuer or broker? NOPE
In that case WE create an another thread separately quoting this thread to educate the potential buyers?? Why spoiling the sale thread which will be cleaned at-last by Mod's after so much WE have posted with no use for later joiners ?
If another thread was created it will be an permanent record and an price book too.
Can we create an "Red book" here like blue book in audiogon, so no harm done to sellers here and also an eyeopener to sellers who intend to sell ???
