Bluray player - Region free/USB/Optical out & more...

Hello

I am looking for a Bluray player around 20-25K that

1. Is region free (assume this is DVD and Bluray)
2. Can play a variety of video and audio formats like mp4/avi/mk4/mp3/flac etc files from external USB disk
3. Has a good build quality
4. Is very forgiving of minor scratches on discs. My Philips DVD was very sensitive and croaked on many discs.
5. Can downmix 5.1/7.1 into 2 channel as I have a stereo setup.
6. Has optical out in addition to HDMI so I can connect an external DAC.

Personally like sony in budget segment and OPPO in rich premium segment. Region free i think we need to get from grey market like chennai parrys corner shops
