Boston sub woofer goes mute mode after 3 to 5 mints

I have purchased 5.1 set of Boston Acoustics Soundware XS 5.1 with a Marantz NR1504 receiver.

I have installed the the speakers and sub woofer my own.The problem is sub woofer goes mute mode after 3 to 5 mints, initially the sub woofer light is green and changed to red(red is mute mode) surround speaker are working fine.

Manual says "Sub has an Auto-On feature where the Sub will enter a 'Mute' mode if no signal is detected after several minutes".

Pls anybody let me know how to fix this issue.

Solution is easy. put the power switch button in 'always on' mode. this I picked up from the product's online user manual

Operation

Power On/Off
Plug the subwoofers AC cord into a wall outlet. Do not use the outlets on the back of the receiver. Set the power switch to
the desired setting.
OFF The subwoofer is off and will not produce any sound. You may want to turn your subwoofer off if you will not be using
it for some time or wish to conserve electricity.
ON The subwoofer is always on.
MUTE If no signal is detected after several minutes, it will automatically enter the Mute mode.

My problem it goes automatically "MUTE" mode after 3 to 5 min at the same time power button is ON position only.

it enables MUTE mode automatically

i have connected power cord in wall outlet only.
