After njoying the Panasonic THP42UT50D Plasma for 1.5 years now, want to get a better sound output. Currently set-up in a room with size 13*11 ft, with a viewing distance of approx 11Ft.
Not willing to invest much. But looking for VFM options with clear and better sound experience. The TV is used only for watching FHD movies now along with HD channels from Airtel HD+ box. Will be rarely used for watching music channels or playing music on the HT system
Considering don't have many sources to plug in do I need an AVR ?
Don't need very high volume capability, just clear sound with good vocals, mid-bass and some bass. low treble
If I go the AVR route then think will be better to just get AVR and a pair of Bookshelf speaker and later add Subwoofer, but you see I am not really the patient kind of person. Like to go all in one go
hyeah:
Was looking at the F&D8000U as a speaker set-up which is coming within the sweet range of 10K. Can stretch a bit if there are better options. Couldn't get much review on these. Posting some links though.
