Shipping is free. I ordered a USB A-to-B cable which costed ~1000INR after adding GST and shipping was free.

When I ordered, what I understood is that they ship in bulk from their UK warehouse to Delhi once every month or so and, all pending orders will be shipped to India during the next monthly bulk shipment. From Delhi, it will then be shipped to a local address using local carriers. The downside is that it can take quite a long time to fulfil the order (45 days or so in my case).

got some genuine Keltron capacitors from Project Point website. Also some metal film resistors. Would recommend this website for components. Keltrons looks like well made. Project Point dont have hugh inventory but good enough.
Also good service and communication. Uses Speed Post which is cheaper than courier.
