Buying from Element14 without GST number

My AVR went to DC offset protection mode , I am looking to buy some components from element14, but while registering It was asking for GST number.... I don't have GST .....

I am not sure, I can check whether the hfe values are as per the datasheet. Any other reliable test to check ?
