Dear FM,

I recently purchased Magnat Signature 1109 speakers.

I was suggested online by an audio expert on speakers is that I need to change the ferrite magnet for the midrange driver with a powerful neodymium magnet.

Two more suggestions are:
1) And for bass woofers need glue
️
neodymium magnet. Imperative glue
️
magnets in antiphase, so that the magnets repel each other.
2) And after this procedure, need to completely shield the magnetic system. Cover the entire magnetic system with the hubcap

Please let me know has anybody till date changed the magnate inside the drivers.

Why would you want to touch new speakers in any way ? You like the sound keep them else sell them.

What are you trying to achieve by trying to replace magnets of the drivers ?
