Cheapest & bestest In 50" or 47" ?

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a led or plasma for living room, need minimum 42" or 47" or 50" better.

Budget Is around 40-60k.

Models I have seen are -

Sony 42 w670 = 49k ( grey price)
Panasonic E6 - Forget price .
Which is better ?
Panasonic one looks good in silver bezel though.

Smart tv functionally isn't very important.

I'll go for plasma too but which model.

I still didn't understand difference between plasma & led though.

Need to buy tomorrow hmm

Any help would be really Appreciate.

Go for bigger size and if your room is well covered by curtains etc wrt sun lighting

can go for Samsung plasma...

however if lighting is an issue go for led....
but led is slightly costly wrt plasma....

IMO going for bigger size in plasma will be better....
Plasma running cost is at slightly higher side and screen can reflect in day time if not covered by curtain...take a demo and understand ....In long run bigger size tv better....what about 3d and smart feature?

Go for panny e6....brilliant tv n u would get one for around 53k including 3 yr warranty. Doesn't make sense getting the w670 fr 49k...grey. Considering the panel faluire rate today, warranty is oh so important.
Panny E6 had got rave reviews...google it n I am sure few members here will vouch for it too.
There is a member here, who's bought one recently...let's see if he gives any inputs.

Btw,,,It comes in 50" too.

Lighting Isn't a problem, Yes i'm leaning more towards plasma as they are cheaper though.
Between panasonic e6 & w670 - which is better ? any idea about 50/42" price in e6 @ grey?

For LED, Panny E6 just blows away the W650, IMO.
For plasma consider the Sammy F5500. There is a long owners' thread in the forum. Many more plasma threads too.

Not looking at samsung models though.
