I have purchased Videocon D2H HD product online. Two days later a technician came for Installation .
Post Installation he could not get any signals and no reception was received.
After trying 2 hours with different orientations, he told that It is impossible to get signals in this balcony (due to direction issues)
and any further orientation effort are useless. On the advice of Customer Care I gave another chance to a second technician who visited post lunch.
He Also suggested that Installation can not be done due to direction issues. The Product has been taken away
by the technician. Customer Care has asked me to send a mail, but they are quiet on refund issue.
Has any one faced similar problem ?
Is it possible to get a refund of the product amount minus the Installation charges?
