Denon1611 with Polk RM6750

Hi Guys,

I have finalised to buy the Denon1611+PolkRM6750 combination in next week. I still wish to listen more reviews on the combination & it's value for money. I would get it for 46-47k which is my max budget. If it can be get for less price or if something is more better for this price then please post here....

What's the price of 1611 alone, after discounts? The 6750 is 18K quoted to me by ProFX. I am sure they will come down further. What is the major feature difference between 1911 and 1611, I guess 1911 being the top of the line in that price range should be better than 1911 with at least a better speaker calibration setup.

Thats seems to be good price for the speakers. Only for the reciever i did not enquired much as i was looking for the package. I remembered he was telling me 28K for the reciever but i think it was the mrp but not sure.

Yamaha RXV467 will come around 23K so accordingly i can save 5K with the Yamaha RXV467+PolkRM6750 combination but when i auditioned the sound quality was not as good in Yamaha but Denon was quite good. Can you enquire to profx itself for the Denon 1611

denon 1611 alone costs 32k in mumbai. i hv recently bought this frm dubai fest.& looking for good matching tower speakers

5.1 or 7.1? Denon US site shows 7.1 for Denon 1611 & Denon Hong Kong (Asia) site shows 5.1 for Denon 1611. I am talking about denon 1611 5.1 in this thread.
