Desktop speakers: Criteria - Size

Update:

Finally picked up the PSB Imge B4 from Rohit Enterprises. It's super tiny at 5.25" and perfectly fits my requirements. Albeit a little above my budget of 20k they are some of the best compacts I've heard.

I am currently alternating between a NAD 326 and a very old Arcam Alpha9 with them. They obviously need plenty of break-in or maybe my ears do).

One target accomplished now onto the next one, a CDP for my primary setup.

Thank you denom, looking forward to the next meet. One side advantage of acquiring such small beauties is ease of use while taking them to the meet :D

Congrats on the purchase.

But a photo comparision isn't enough, after all, this is HiFiVision, not PhotographyVision :D

Can you possibly put up a review of the B4, or at least a audio/sonic comparison with your A2? :eek:hyeah:

@madurai1974 The genelecs (6010a?) are really lovely, but were a tad out of my ballpark. Plus I already had an Amp to pair with them, hence was looking at passive (not powered to be exact) options. Hence got the Image B4s and am fairly happy with them.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
