Yes I am checking them now, doing the tweaks in crossover. I will check them for 2-3 days then i will do the final paint.

At the turn of the century a lot of furniture (and eventually speaker boxes) got the glossy look.
The trend started in Europe. Hence glossy Euro finish. This terminology is more in kitchen cabinet design

Have you finished using wood veneers? With your skill and finesse at cabinet making it should be very interesting.

Have you finished using wood veneers? With your skill and finesse at cabinet making it should be very interesting.

Wood veneers (1mm thk or less) are costlier than the MDF and Ply sheets itself, so not yet used them in my built as it is not available locally here. Here locally the available veneer sheet is 4 mm thick and to use it dosn't make any sense as the joint will be visible.

True. Most commercially veneers are for furniture use and are 3 mm grade and can't be used for speaker cabinets.

Recently, on a visit to a interior design supply store here in Bangalore, I saw PU laminate (0.8 - 1.2 mm)
The store guy said this can be used as a continuous sheet with up to 90 deg bending.
It should be available in Vadodara (Gujarat has very good laminate manufacturing units).
Check them out and you may get some creative ideas.
