Do i require step down converter & stabilzer for 48 inches LED TV bought from USA

This is what I found on the TV power adapter.
The adapter shows that the voltage rating is 110 volts - 240 v at frequency 50/60 hz.
With this i feel that i do not need any step down transformer.
Still, i feel it would be better to use a voltage stabilizer.
Please suggest..
Hi, I also bought LG TV in USA and brought to India . Here is the info I found in TV back side. Please confirm does it required converter or not? Only Stabilizer enough

Looking at the attached image, it does mention 100-240 volts, in which case you won't be requiring a step down transformer. But do get a voltage stabilizer from v-guard, check with any TV stores for exact model.
