In the DishTV settings, turn Dolby 5.1CH OFF.
For better sound also turn iVC and Virtual Surround OFF

Did that also but no luck.

The problem is solved now by using active splitter. For laptop it wasn't an issue, but for DTH, active splitter is a must.
