Experiences buying Audio Technica PL120

Dear friends

kindly guide me the experiences when purchasing TT through amazon and other sites. Whats been the Landing cost after Customs clearance and courier.Kindly brief me as i am confused.Amazon does not give a clear detail of our customs duty.will it be cleared or upheld for some reasons known to the customs only.

Build me the confidence that my moneys worth is not lost in the purchase through amazon or ebay.

If I were you, I would buy the turntable of my choice from Shop in the US from India @ 20North - Millions of products, Thousands of brands

I have purchased a Sl-1210 from them and delivered to me in 22 days. No hassels of missing consignment, customs duty hassels etc and you get to pay in rupees.

Have a look at this too. couple of our forum members have ordered stuff on this site and got it in reasonable time. But no warranty.
