I am building an extension board with 20A load EMI/RFI dual stage filter. Previously I did a 6A board and connection was easy with crimping. This 20A version has bolt type terminals. It has two bolts and two washers in between. Just wanted to run by members here on how to finish the connection. So the input has Line, Neutral and earth terminals. Output has only L-N. so I need to wind two wires and connect earth connections at both ends. For line and neutral should I wind the wires inbetween the washers and tighten the bolt? Please find the images of the product and terminals and advise

Couldn’t get from stores nearby including mercy electronics so I ordered lugs on Amazon. Please check the product and let me know if this good enough?

Is the outer diameter of those screw on the EMI filter 2.5mm?

Not sure and spec sheet is not available. Anyways I have cancelled it. Managed to get exactly 6 lugs from urban company electrician. It’s fitting but slightly big. Hopefully should be good enough

That's fine. Put it in between the two washers that have come for each of those terminals

It should be snug fit on the stud else it can become loose due to thermal cycling, overheat and melt. Lug's hole should be just 0.1 to 0.5 mm larger than the bolt.

Your previous order on Amazon said the ring dia is 5mm. That is the hole size. Perhaps too large.

Ok so the lugs I have shared in the image are not snug fit. If you can see the image they are slightly loose. So I need to take it to the shop and buy lugs after trying them on.

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
