good amp for home

kindly help in finding out used good stereo power amp capable of riding 4 x 12" woofers (16 ohm) with best results.
my budget is 25 K at the most
my requirements in the amp. are as under-
1. toroidal transformer of min. 70-0-70 rating @ 15 ampere min.
2. integrated stereo amp. only (transistor based)
3. capable of producing loud thumping bass with minimum distortion

any kind of help is most welcome plz do not send rubbish replies
