Good Speaker Set(5.1) for LCD/DVD/iPOD

Hi,
I am looking out for a good 5.1 surround sound speaker set for my 40" Samsung LCD TV(The native speakers are pathetic). I also watch movies on my Samsung DVD player and listen to music on my iPod/mp3 player.

My Entertainment content breakup is
40% TV - Tata Sky reception(Movies, NatGeo-Disc,Sports MTV etc)
40% Movies(Hindi/English) - SD DVD
20% Music(Rock/Jazz) - iPod, Music CD/DVD

My budget is ~Rs20k

Can knowledgeble guys out here recommend a good 5.1 speaker set in that range which can work effectively with the above.
