Help me correct bass

Ok but how does gain affect the response each time I measure for the same settings. See here for example. The 1st image is the corrected graph. Each time I apply eq I get a smooth output. The next time I run the same it affects 48hz. Either a dip or a peak. Some times entire 45-50 will be full of peaks and nulls. I make no change to mic, sub positions or any settings. Got my issue? In the image bottom right u will have the time stamp as well. These measurements where taken at the same time. For each sweep I am getting different response.so something in the chain is broken
Really strange!
I see the problem area is mostly between 45-50 which changes every time you take measurement.
There has to be something changing with every time you sweep :-/

So now I am over that weird thing happening in the 45-50. I finally ran audyssey and tried integrating it with the mains and center. But I am not able to. The first graph is the sub response alone post audysey. The second graph is the response from mains. This is the best response from delays set and others all where worse. Two approach for setting delays. One is after audysey was completed with the delay in sub 1 set to 0 and sub 2 set at 1 in the mini dsp audysey set sub distance at 16.2. In avr u can choose from 0-25. So without touching the mini dsp delay value I changed the avr sub distance from 0-25 and measured the fronts crossed over at 80 and all were similar or worse to the second graph. Next I kept the sub distance set in avr by audysey and used the time alignment tool in rew and set the delay by 10.17 in the mini dsp. Results where same or worse like the 2nd image. Then I also tried changing avr distance for sub with the mini dsp delay values set by the alignment tool. Again same. What the hell is happening.

Well finally some good results. I have another umik which I borrowed from a fm which is also brand new. I was able to get consistent measurements and also align the subs. The first image with then green graph is the house curve after eq. Post audysey the null in the 95hz also disappears. The second image with the red graph is my mains response crossed over at 80hz. Played few scenes and bass that was not present before was there. The tight punch was missing in a lot of scenes. Can this lack of bass at times be due to me playing at low volume levels compared to before? Currently m using 55 dB and previously I was watching at 70-75db master volume.
