I am trying to build a two way bookshelf hi fi system .Following are my options :

woofer :
(1) Dayton Audio - DC160-8 - 6-1/2" Classic Woofer : Rs 3,393

(2) Peerless - 5.25" Coated Paper Cone Woofer - M13NH : Rs 1200

(3) Peerless Fabrikkerne (I) Ltd - S16NI-8 - High fidelity 8 Ohm 6 1/2 inch Woofer Rs 1415

tweeter :

(1)Dayton Audio - DC28F-8 1-1/8" Silk Dome Tweeter 8 ohm : Rs 1,812

(2) Peerless Fabrikkerne (I) Ltd - TL25SN - 25mm Silk DomeTweeter: Rs 1,375

(3) Peerless Fabrikkerne (I) Ltd - SR10DT - 25mm Fabric Dome Tweeter Rs 1,000

Active crossover : (1) BEHRINGER SUPER-X PRO CX2310 CROSSOVER
(2) Ahuja brand ACX 202 active crossover
(3) Dynatech PSC-224 High Precision Stereo 3-way Crossover
(4) Generic Board : Can Adjust/Customized 2 range 2 way Speaker Active Frequency Divider Crossover Linkwitz-Riley Circuit DSP board free shipping (chinese board costing 24 dollars)

I am really confused about crossovers as these seems to be 3 way crossover except the 4th one .

Amplifier : I will be bi -amping using my existing Td a 7498 amplifier for woofers and I have to buy a new amplifier preferably tpa 3116 for tweeters.

Cabinet : Either I will get it built from a carpenter or I will get the panels cut through cnc machine and try to make it . Also I will skip the binding posts in the cabinet setup as I would like to conncet bare wires from drivers to amplifiers.

Note : I am very open to suggestions /advices /options not mentioned in this post.

Also, please suggest power supply for the amplifiers and for active crossover (in case active crossover is generic one).

While driver selection is completely up to you, based on where you want your cross over point to be and the kind of bass response you are looking for. Looking at the active crossovers that you have listed and considering you are doing a two way active why did you not take into account the mini dsp 2x4? It will double up as a crossover and as a dsp, which you can use to correct any anamolies in the response as well.

Two more options
https://www.eightaudio.in/collections/pre-amps-filters/products/ea-2way-12db-octave-active-crossover
https://www.minidsp.com/products/minidspkits/2-x-in-4-x-out
if you can afford the minidsp, would suggest it so that you can figure out all there is to building a proper two way
go through all the design theory on crossovers - building a quick and dirty high pass/low pass is one thing, but there is more to it than that

Would suggest you stick with the indian drivers for your first build, get a 6.5" 4 ohm (SM16IH-4?) so that you can pull more power out of your TDA7498

I have gone through the links provided by you and I am pretty much convinced to buy minidsp 2 x 4 considering how much I can experiment with it.But in future can I use it to have a 3 way hi fi system. Also I am more inclined to buy it in a box form rather than a kit form. The reason being I don't have the expertise to make a metal case for it if I buy it in a kit form.

if you want to go three way, you can add in a 2 way active/passive filter to the high pass filter to split the high into mid and high,
since you will be working in the 3k-7K range (typical for a 3 way) it will need low value components, and the rest of the eq can be done in the minidsp

also, what is your source going to be? if its a PC, then you can get this done in software and a surround soundcard

Minidsp is also available in a pre-built enclosure https://www.minidsp.com/products/minidsp-in-a-box/minidsp-2x4

I will be using my PC as my main source. I have 880 GMA e 45 MSI motherboard based PC which I assembled 5 years back.It has 7.1 channel inbuilt sound card.I will give it a try .
