Help on Inverter setup with Device

Hi,

I have got Sukam 900 Va with Exide Invamaster 10000 (150ah).
I am running sukam on UPS mode.

Earlier (before inverter) i had APC 600Va uPS for my 40" LED TV and also I was using vguard Crystal stablizer for Amp and STB.

Now I have 2 Question .

Do i need to still keep APC ups for TV ?
Do i need to still use Stablizer for Amp and other device?

Expert pl advice..
