Home Theater for Movies for 20k?

I'll be using it for mainly movies (through usb) & sports (Tata sky HD+) on my Samsung 40D550 lcd. My budget is 20k. Initially I was planning to get Philips HTS3541 with Blue-ray player for 13k but I read a review stating it felt under-powered.

While browsing online I found Pioneer HTP071 selling for 20k. I realize that HTS in this budget will come with basic speakers but I hope these will be better than the Phillips model. Am I right?

I have heard there are a few Yamaha models which are priced around 20k. Please share your views regarding Pioneer & Yamaha models.

Onkyo 3400 (~25K) is the favorite HTIB in HFV. You may be able to get the older model 3300 around 20K.

I browsed the forum for similar query & found several recommendations for Onkyo 3400 but I would like to keep it around 20k. I have very limited familiarity with HTIB hence it will be really helpful if someone can give feedback for Pioneer & Yamaha model or compare it with Onkyo model.
