How do you know Teac AR-600 Stereo Amp.?

Hi very Dear members....

I'm interested in this amplifier because of it's affordable price and good looking technical specs 2X120W@4ohm, 2X90W@8ohm ...unfortunately i couldnt find any worth reading reviews about this amp, so what do you guys think about this amp?
If anyone have it's manual, can you upload it to somewhere i can download it?
