If you are taking out S/PDIF output directly from your MOBO you can build a coaxial out yourself. Its damn simple.
If I am correct in assuming, there are vertical pins in your MOBO from where you are taking S/PDIF out. Then do the following:
Get a audio cable as shown below from a computer shop.
Cut the cable so that you get one end free and one end with the pin connector.
Get a RCA connector part as shown below from a electronics parts shop.
Solder the free end of the audio cable to the RCA connector and you have a DIY bracket. (make sure you solder the right wire to the body and center of the RCA connector, read it from the MOBO manual or determine it with a multimeter).
