I have coupled my JBL stage A 125 C with entry level Yamaha HTR 2071 Receiver. Not getting profound dialogues on Center Channel. Crossover I have set up to 100 HZ on AVR and Level of center channel to +3.

Is there dialog lift option in avr?
Then try that. Usually if speaker gets a good power, then sound opens well which entry level AVR may not provide.

Take the gain up to max if you need to.
This is not exactly a sensitive speaker (88db) so will need some power to wake em up
You can drop the crossover point to 80hz, though it won't do much for output. The speaker can certainly handle that much with ease.
I also recommend lifting the speaker or angling them towards you. Center speakers are meant to be at ear level as much as possible but most setups at home do not allow that level.

Bit surprising that for JBL 125C with wave guide, you have issues on dialogue.
General impression is Klipsch and JBL are very good at that due to their horn design, I may be wrong

You mean speaker level I should increase upto the Max

There is Enhancer option in my AVR which I set to ON. Dialogues are very less in Streaming platforms. I have Netflix subscription of 4K HDR Dolby Atmos

Issue is not with the Speaker, AVR is entry level Yamaha HTR 2071

A simple and effective solution will be to use 10 band graphic Equalizer to enhance desired frequency bands and cutting those which will make the sound fatigue in home environment.

Other solutions like using DSP and sound processors are there but it will be a bit too much for home environment.

Which movies are you evaluating for dailogs?
If it is movies made after the 2000, then you aren't the only one: https://creators.yahoo.com/lifestyl...-hard-to-understand-these-days-163708191.html
Especially Post 2010 the movies are being made with increasingly difficult to understand spoken voices.

I have found an easy way to fix this idiocity of the movie makers: use of compressor and equalizer.
  • Use compander to reduce the sound intensity disparity between speech and explosions/sound effects. (this works like night mode on many TVs and AVRs)
  • Use equalizer to enhance the 800-1600 Hz spectrum for vowels (the intensity of voice) and 2500-5000 Hz for consonants (intelligibility of speech).
Also note, any kind of surround enhancement or stereo widening will enhance the extreme left and right sounds and suppress the center channel, so turn that off.

In addition, use of limiter is also required for ease of listening with streaming platforms as well.

Limiter = compander (compressor + expander), so that is already taken care of.
The reason why I keep EQ after this is because I don't want the boosted frequencies to get compressed and end up low in decibels

I believe the ratio specification can be used to have hard hitting or soft clipping which cannot be done by compressor. Dbx Limiter is an option used in addition to dbx compressor.
