Integrated Receiver with Networking Support

Hi,

Are there any integrated receivers with Ethernet/WLAN support? I came across tow products:

1) Pioneer X-Z9: Looks impressive. Not sure if available in India. I checked with Pro Audiotronics, and they said they've never heard of it.
2) Naim Uniti: Even if it's available, I can't afford it.

I am looking for a good quality all-in-one system with FM/CD Player/Built in Stereo amplifier (not 5.1 AV), DLNA - WLAN+Ethernet connectivity, Internet radio.

Any help?

Nice product. This is some 11.1 channel AV receiver with everything on earth!. But I need only a 2 channel stereo network receiver.
