Is Asus O!Play worth getting

Plan to get the Asus player, is it worth the hype. The price I have is around 80 Pounds which is not bad. Any members have experience with this? Wanted to order xtreamer but its a long wait and other options are expensive.
Featurewise it looks good. Will be used for Music (FLACs and mp3) for now and HD content when I get a projector.

Wait a bit as it is in early stage,chip used is too different from WD.
WD2 also is on the way.

Any idea what WDTV2 will have extra apart from Asus offers now and what enhancements to the existing one. I know DTS downmix, USB poweroff, ethernet are expected but is it worth waiting for it if it provides the same features as this. The only +ve might be pricing which some forums are speculating to be around 120US,
and ofcource HDMI 1.3
