Wait for the C3 Launch, and you may get the C2 at similar price.

Go for whats the latest in the market. This year C3, next year C4. These things get old very fast. Moreover you dont buy a New TV for 2-3 years. Better to spend a bit more and get the newer version. Either C2 or wait for C3. I dont think you should consider an older model.

C1 is normal WOLED panel. C2 is EVO.

Do not go for C1.
Go for C2 only if you want to buy it immediately (not sure why there is a emergency for a TV! ) )
Maybe, go for C2 in Diwali 2023. It will be on its lowest.
