Live TV recorder + Media Player

Friends,

Looking for a live tv recorder + media player . My purpose would be to store tv program + DVD movies + songs. In build hard disk and HD support would be preferable. I mean it should be like a WD TV or Xtreamer + live tv recorder + a built in Hard Drive. Still not sure about budget but I guess I can go upto
20k . 15-20% more if required.
Please dont suggest me Tata Sky Plus as I already have Airtel Digital TV and I dont like the PQ of Tata Sky Plus while playing back the recorded part .
Am compelled to start a new thread as I couldnt find a suitable response from earlier threads.

The Live TV recording feature exists in Normus which is promoted in India by Kei, I came across it in Reliance Mart and it was costing around 16k without any HDD storage which is optional. Another option could be TVIX media players.
