Have you considered the Antec Fusion MAX? Sethia Infotech has it for 13K online. Since you're in Chennai I bet you can get them to drop the price...
Also spotted on Flipkart for 10K (but now out of stock). I'm looking at the non-Max version myself since I don't need a Full ATX board support.

Well he's a mod, since he's made the thread here I'm sure there is definitely something about audio here, or else I'm sure he would have made the thread in the HTPC section
I am very very tempted by the Zalman. But I don't have the patience to hang out on eBay and look for the kind of prices you got.
Most probably it will be Silverstone GD03.
